Writing a good lesson plan takes good planning. Here is the perfect tool
for that! This Language Arts Lesson Plan template has been inspired by
the Gradual Release of Responsibility and Learning Focused Strategies.
It has been created to use with the Reading Street Reading Series but
can be adapted for any reading series.It includes: Essential Question,
Vocabulary, Weekly Theme, CCSS, objectives, check boxes for strategies,
materials, and formative and summative assessments. It has full boxes
for every day of the week divided into Input, Modeling-Guided, and
Independent Practice (I do-You do-We do). For better planning I included
KUD (Know-Understand-Do) to help you narrow down instruction and plan
effective assessment tools.

This lesson plan can be suited to your needs per request. Email me if
you would like some changes or to fit the template to your school or
